BlackRock Throgmorton Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 25,000 of its own shares at an average price of 605.96p, which will be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s treasury holds 11.46% of its total issued share capital. Investors should note that treasury shares carry no voting rights and the total shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 91,385,927 for reporting purposes.
