CRH plc (CRH) has released an update.
CRH PLC has notified that BlackRock, Inc. has crossed the threshold of 5% total voting rights as of July 3, 2024, with a resulting total position of 34,382,235 voting rights or 5% in the company. This change occurred after BlackRock acquired additional voting rights and financial instruments that include shares and securities lending. The previous position of BlackRock was below the 5% notification threshold.
