NewRiver REIT (GB:NRR) has released an update.
BlackRock, Inc. has notified NewRiver REIT PLC that it has crossed the threshold of voting rights, now holding below 5% in both voting rights attached to shares and through financial instruments. The change in holdings, which took place on June 3, 2024, was reported to the issuer on the following day. This notification follows the standard TR-1 form for disclosure of major holdings, indicating a significant shift in BlackRock’s investment in NewRiver REIT.
