BlackRock Finance Unveils Post-Merger Strategic Reorganization

BlackRock ( (BLK) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Following a recent merger, Old BlackRock has initiated the process to delist its common stock from the NYSE and terminate its registration, streamlining its corporate structure under the new name “BlackRock Finance, Inc.” with a modified capital stock authority. Additionally, the company has notified the NYSE of its intention to delist its Euro-denominated 2025 Notes, aiming to transfer the listing to The International Stock Exchange.
