Trainline (GB:TRN) has released an update.
Trainline PLC has reported a major change in share ownership as BlackRock, Inc. has either acquired or disposed of voting rights, crossing the notifiable threshold on June 25, 2024. Post-transaction, BlackRock holds below 5% of both direct and indirect voting rights in Trainline. The notification was completed on June 26, 2024, and included a detailed chain of control for BlackRock’s voting rights and financial instruments.
