Tate & Lyle PLC has announced a significant change in shareholding as investment giant BlackRock, Inc. has adjusted its stake in the company. BlackRock’s total voting rights in Tate & Lyle now amount to 5.99%, crossing the threshold on June 26, 2024, an increase from the previous notification. The detailed notification indicates changes in both direct voting rights and voting rights through financial instruments.
