Severn Trent PLC has announced that BlackRock, Inc. has altered its holdings in the company, crossing a notable threshold on July 22, 2024, which resulted in a new total voting rights position of 7.56%. This change in shareholding structure, which Severn Trent was notified of the following day, reflects a slight increase in direct voting rights and a marginal decrease in voting rights through financial instruments held by BlackRock.
