Molten Ventures Plc has notified of a major holding by BlackRock, Inc., indicating a recent acquisition or disposal of voting rights. BlackRock now holds a total of 13.34% of voting rights in Molten Ventures, crossing the threshold on July 15, 2024, which includes both direct and indirect voting rights via shares and financial instruments. The notification was completed on July 16, 2024, at Molten Ventures’ office in London.
