Blackline Safety Corp. has honored two Ohio utility workers with the first Community Hero Award for using their company’s safety device to save an unresponsive child’s life. The employees, Matt Overcasher and Steve Manypenny, were recognized for their quick actions and use of the Blackline G7 device, which enabled them to quickly dispatch medical help. This incident underscores the effectiveness of Blackline Safety’s connected technology in emergency situations, not just for workers but also in community settings.
