Blackfinch Spring VCT Plc has announced an offer to subscribe for ordinary shares aiming to raise up to £40 million, with the possibility of exceeding the initial £20 million through over-allotment. Investors are invited to participate before the offer closes in April and August 2025 for the respective tax years. The investment manager, Blackfinch Investments Limited, will receive a charge for funds raised, with the offer contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting.
