Blackfinch Spring VCT plc has successfully allotted 1,067,083 new Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 102.94p to 105.60p per share, under their recent offer to raise up to £30 million. This brings the company’s total issued share count to 41,445,054, all of which are expected to be admitted to the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market.
