Blackfinch Spring VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 133,597 new Ordinary Shares at 99.04p each as part of its Flexible Dividend Reinvestment scheme. Following this allotment, the company’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue has reached 40,377,971, which also represents the total voting rights. These shares are set to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange and will be available around 28 June 2024.
