Black Diamond Announces Q1 Results and Dividend

Black Diamond (BDI) (TSE:BDI) has released an update.

Black Diamond Group Limited reported a slight increase in consolidated rental revenue to $35.1 million in Q1 2024, up 2% from the previous year, though Adjusted EBITDA fell by 9%. The company saw a 5% growth in future contracted rental revenue and declared a Q2 dividend of $0.03 per share, maintaining a healthy liquidity position and leverage below target levels.
