Black Cat Syndicate Limited has announced the termination of their $30M subscription agreement with Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd following a shareholder vote where 97.5% voted against the proposed issue of securities. Despite this setback, the company reassures investors that they are fully funded for the restart of the Paulsens Gold Operation, thanks to a completed equity placement and a pending $31.5M senior secured loan note facility from Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II, LP.
