BK Technologies Corporation redeemed its Series B common membership interests in FG Financial Holdings, LLC, withdrawing from the partnership and received 52,000 shares of its own common stock valued at approximately $650,000. These shares will be added to the treasury, bringing the total treasury shares to 342,800. This move aims to streamline the Company’s balance sheet, dispose of non-core investments, and increase its own share ownership.
