Bit Origin Ltd Welcomes New Board Director

China Xiangtai Food Co (BTOG) has released an update.

Bit Origin Ltd has extended an offer to Siyuan Zhuang for a Director position within the company, effective March 21, 2024, subject to annual re-appointment. Zhuang will receive $10,000 annually, prorated and paid quarterly, for his service, in addition to being covered by the company’s D&O insurance policy and reimbursed for related expenses. The agreement includes confidentiality terms and stipulates that any disputes be resolved through arbitration in New York.
