Bit Brother (BETSF) has released an update.
An independent director at Bit Brother Limited, Zhihua Liao, has formally resigned from all positions within the company, including the Board of Directors, effective immediately. As part of the resignation, Liao has released the company from all potential claims and agreed to a non-disparagement clause, ensuring no negative comments will be made about the company’s practices or reputation. Liao has confirmed receipt of all due payments and has waived any further entitlements.
