Bisichi Director Buys Shares, Expands Stake

Bisichi Mining (GB:BISI) has released an update.

Bisichi PLC has announced that Robin Clement Parish, a Non-executive Director of the company, has increased his stake by purchasing 5,000 ordinary shares at 123 pence each. This acquisition, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, brings Parish’s total interest in the company to 15,000 shares, accounting for 0.14% of Bisichi’s total issued capital.
