Birchtree Investments Ltd. has successfully passed all proposals at its annual and special shareholders’ meeting, including the adoption of a new 2024 Equity Incentive Plan set to replace the previous stock option plan. The company has also granted 12.2 million restricted stock units to its executives, with half vesting immediately and the rest in nine months. These units will settle in common shares as part of Birchtree’s long-term strategy to profit from divesting its investment assets.
