Biovaxys Technology Corp (TSE:BIOV) has released an update.
BioVaxys Technology Corp. has been hit with a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission due to a delay in filing their financial statements and other regulatory documents. The company is now barred from trading in Canada until they fulfill their overdue filing obligations for the annual and interim periods ending October 2023 and January 2024, respectively. BioVaxys is actively working to resolve these issues and expects to file the required documents soon to lift the trading restrictions.
