BioVaxys Technology Corp. is set to raise up to CAD$1,000,000 through a non-brokered private placement of over 15 million units at $0.065 each, including common shares and warrants. The funds from this financing will bolster general working capital and support the advancement of the company’s portfolio of immunotherapies for oncology and infectious diseases. This move follows BioVaxys’s recent acquisition of assets from IMV, aiming to further its DPX™ immune-educating platform technology.
