BioSig Technologies Inc (BSGM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
As part of the workforce reduction, Mr. Sieckhaus and Mr. Fleming are leaving their positions at the Company effective immediately. They will, however, remain associated with the Company as consultants according to the terms outlined in their respective consulting agreements.
