His term is set to expire at the next annual stockholders’ meeting unless he leaves or is replaced before then. Kenneth L. Londoner has resigned from all his roles within the company as of the same date, with no disagreements cited as the cause for his departure. Notably, Hrkac’s appointment involves no undisclosed arrangements or conflicts of interest.
