BioNxt Solutions Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,000,000 common shares at $0.27 each for a total of $270,000. This brings them closer to their maximum goal of $1,620,000 from the sale of 6,000,000 shares. The funds raised are earmarked for research and development, commercialization programs, and general working capital.
