Bio-UV Group SA (FR:ALTUV) has released an update.
BIO-UV Group has announced a share buyback program, subject to approval at their Mixed General Meeting on June 26, 2024. The program proposes the acquisition of up to 10% of its capital at a maximum price of 10 euros per share, not exceeding a total of 10,346,990 euros. The 18-month program aims to enhance market liquidity, cover employee share schemes, and support potential future corporate operations.
