Bio-Techne Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors to eleven members and welcomed Dr. Judith Klimovsky as an independent director. Dr. Klimovsky brings her extensive experience from senior roles at Genmab A/S, Novartis Oncology, and Bristol-Meyers Squibb to the table. Her appointment, based solely on merit without any undisclosed arrangements, comes with standard non-employee director compensation. She will contribute her expertise to the Science & Technology Committee, while the Board also granted Dr. Roeland Nusse a one-year exception to the mandatory retirement policy.
