With over three decades of experience in life science and diagnostics, DiVincenzo transitions from a successful tenure at Labcorp Holdings Inc. His comprehensive compensation package includes a $665,000 annual base salary, potential bonuses, stock options, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. This strategic move follows the retirement of the former COO, Andrew Last, and aims to bolster Bio-Rad’s operational leadership.
