Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. has appointed Roop K. Lakkaraju as their new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 15, 2024. Lakkaraju brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Benchmark Electronics and other tech and service companies. His compensation includes a $600,000 base salary, significant stock and bonus incentives, and a relocation credit. The appointment is based solely on his professional merits, with no familial or material connections influencing the decision.
