Ltd. has successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and dividend declarations. Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financials, a final dividend of HK$1.178 per share plus a special anniversary dividend, and the adoption of new company articles. Additionally, the board received authorization for directors’ remuneration, reappointment of KPMG as auditors, and share issue and buy-back mandates.
