Binjiang Service Group Co. Ltd. has entered into a framework agreement with Binjiang Real Estate for the acquisition and resale of car parking spaces until the end of 2024. Additionally, they have revised the annual cap for their catering services framework agreement, increasing it from RMB 4 million to RMB 10 million. These transactions fall within reporting and review requirements, but do not necessitate shareholder approval according to the Listing Rules.
