Bilibili’s September 2024 Share Capital Unchanged

Bilibili (BILI) has released an update.

Bilibili Inc. has submitted their monthly securities movement report for September 2024, indicating no changes in the authorised or issued share capital for the month. The total authorised/registered share capital at the end of the month was USD 1,000,000. Notably, the balance of Class Z ordinary shares did not include over 5.8 million shares reserved for future issuance under the company’s share incentive plans.
