Big Technologies Rewards Employees with Share Transfer

Big Technologies PLC (GB:BIG) has released an update.

Big Technologies PLC has announced the transfer of 27,840 ordinary shares to employees of its subsidiary, Buddi Limited, as part of the 2021 long-term incentive plan. This share distribution, which involved no exercise price, represents a fulfillment of share options and leaves the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) holding 1.16% of the company’s total voting rights. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
