UK-based Big Technologies PLC has announced the resignation of its Independent Non-Executive Chair, Mr Simon Collins, who played a critical role in the company’s IPO and subsequent success. The search for a new Non-Executive Chair to lead the company into its next growth phase begins immediately, with Alexander Brennan stepping in as the Interim Chair.
