Big Technologies PLC has recently informed that its Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) acquired 2 million ordinary shares at an average price of £1.06 each and transferred 7,500 shares to employees as part of the long-term incentive plan. This move demonstrates the company’s commitment to its employees’ welfare and strengthens the EBT’s holdings to 1.82% of the company’s total voting rights. The transactions, which took place on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM, reflect the company’s ongoing investment in its workforce.
