Big Ridge Gold Corp. has announced a non-binding letter of intent with Caprock Mining Corp. for the option of the Destiny Gold Project in Quebec. The agreement outlines a series of cash payments and share issuances over three years for Caprock to earn a 100% interest. Big Ridge will retain a 1% net smelter return royalty on the Destiny property after the transaction.
