BHP Group Ltd (AU:BHP) has released an update.
BHP Group Limited has announced the application for quotation of 2,370,371 new ordinary fully paid securities to be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the code BHP. The securities were issued on August 28, 2024, as part of an employee incentive scheme, and the formal announcement was made the following day.
