BH Macro Shs GBP (GB:BHMG) has released an update.
BH Macro Limited has announced the buyback of 155,386 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between 360.5 to 364 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of shares in issue includes over 356 million Sterling Shares, with an additional 18 million held in treasury, and approximately 28.5 million Dollar Shares, resulting in a total voting rights count of 546,161,167 as of 21 June 2024.
