BH Macro Limited has announced the repurchase of 62,765 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange for a price range between 361 and 365 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s total issued share count consists of 356,483,098 Sterling Shares, with 18,159,652 shares in treasury, and 28,506,709 Dollar Shares, resulting in 546,068,840 total voting rights from June 24, 2024.
