BH Macro Limited has completed its share conversion process set for 31 August 2024, issuing 115,928 US Dollar Shares and cancelling 91,404 Sterling Shares, effective from 2 October 2024. The new shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange, with admission anticipated around 10 October 2024. Post-conversion, the total shares in issue will include over 28 million US Dollar Ordinary Shares and nearly 350 million Sterling Ordinary Shares.
