BGMC International Limited has announced the rescheduling of their board meeting, initially set for 30th June 2024, to now take place on 28th June 2024. During the meeting, the board plans to discuss the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2024 and consider the declaration of a final dividend. The notice was issued by the Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director, Datuk Kamalul Arifin Bin Othman, on 20th June 2024.
