Bezant Resources PLC has successfully raised £250,000 through a share subscription with Kamino Minerals Limited, issuing 714,285,714 new Ordinary Shares at a significant premium. The funds are earmarked for the Hope Copper-Gold project in Namibia and other group projects, with additional shares issued to a consultant for settled fees. The new shares will be traded on AIM, with the total issued share capital increasing to 12,304,059,682 Ordinary Shares post-fundraising.
