BevCanna Enterprises Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $500,000 by offering up to 833,333 common shares at $0.60 each. Intended for general working capital, the placement is set to close around July 12, 2024, without engaging dealers or finders, although a finder’s fee may apply in certain cases. This move follows the termination of a previously disclosed offering and the shares will be subject to a four-month restricted period.
