On April 11, 2024, Greenberg converted 96,904 Service Rights into an equivalent number of Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, resulting in her holding a total of 346,075 shares post transaction. These changes were detailed in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.2, and no monetary consideration was involved in the exercise of Service Rights.
