Beth A. Wozniak has resigned with immediate effect from her position on the Board of Directors at Carrier Global Corporation, including her roles on the Governance and Technology and Innovation committees. Her departure is not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. Both Wozniak and Carrier’s CEO, David Gitlin, expressed mutual gratitude and well wishes for the future, emphasizing the positive nature of her tenure and the company’s ongoing transformation.
