Beston Global Food Company Limited has announced the appointment of Ian Campbell as a director effective July 1, 2024, who holds a significant personal interest with 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares. Additionally, through his association with Summerfield Investments Pty Ltd and a family trust, Campbell also has an indirect interest in 1,520,000 fully paid ordinary shares of the company.
