Beston Global Food Company Limited has announced the departure of director Neil Longstaff, effective from July 1, 2024, as disclosed in their latest Final Director’s Interest Notice. Before his exit, Longstaff held 921,692 fully paid ordinary shares through the Longstaff Superannuation Fund Pty Ltd. The notice confirms that Longstaff had no other declarable interests in the company’s securities or contracts at the time of his resignation.
