Best World Seeks Quarterly Reporting Waiver

Best World International Limited (SG:CGN) has released an update.

Best World International Limited has applied for a waiver from the Singapore Exchange’s requirement for quarterly financial reporting, following a clean audit for FY2022 and progress on their delisting process. The company has resolved previous audit issues and cut ties with certain import and marketing agents, which will not affect the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
