Best World International Limited has sent out materials regarding their proposed delisting, including a Circular and an Exit Offer notice, with a scheduled Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 19, 2024, to gain shareholder approval. Shareholders have been provided with alternative arrangements to participate via proxy and are urged to review the Circular for detailed information. Additionally, a URL error in the Notice of EGM has been corrected; however, no new printed notices will be distributed.
