Best World International Limited has announced upcoming changes to its Board of Directors and Board Committees following its Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 26, 2024. Mr. Lee Sen Choon, who is up for re-election, will transition from an independent to a non-independent non-executive director if re-elected. The changes will also affect the roles within the Nominating, Remuneration, and Audit Committees, as the company prepares for a shift in leadership dynamics.
