Beonic Ltd (ASX: BEO) has requested a trading halt on its securities, effective immediately, in anticipation of an upcoming announcement regarding an equity raising initiative, which includes an institutional placement and a Share Purchase Plan (SPP). The halt will remain in place until the earlier of the announcement’s release or the start of normal trading on 19 June 2024.
